These balloon kits are designed for INDOOR USE only. Outside wind would factor greatly in toppling the designs and blowing the tissue tufts around. These kits will work fine in TENTS, however be advised that if the sides are up, there is the potential for them to be blown over.

If you MUST use your kit outside we highly recommend adding sand or rocks to fill the gift bags to half way before inserting the tissue tufts. Then at least they won't blow over, and all you have to watch for are flying tissue tufts!   Also, twist the balloon topiary onto the pedestal at least twice.  That is, twist two balloons around each other and the pole.  Then do it AGAIN with two other balloons.  This will help keep them from being wrenched off the top by the wind.  Good Luck!
